I realized today that I have a major problem with consistency. I can't seem to stick with things. I do them really well for a while and then fall back into old habits. I have gotten to the place in my head that allows me to get back to them without the long guilt trips and the beating myself up too much. I am really trying to get better about tracking my food and water, and getting the exercise I need to help me lose this weight.
The best change that I have made is to try and blog my goals everyday. My "sisser", (love you Michele), started doing this last year and I kept saying that I was going to do it as well but never seemed to get to it. I made a conscious decision to blog daily when I came back from my retreat and although I haven't gotten to the place where I am doing it daily, I am really trying. I am also figuring out that I need to keep my list of daily goals simple or I get to wrapped up in other things and never complete any of them.
I do have to say that I did complete everything on my list for Monday so here's to keeping it simple!
That all being said, here is my simple little list for today!
1. Stay under 1500 cal.
2. Drink at least 10 glasses of water
3. Exercise at least 20 minutes
4. Track everything!

2. Get pictures onto computer
3. Update blog
There they are. I think I can stick to it today. I have great support from all of my "sissers" and I know that no matter whether I follow through or not they are with me in this journey .I also have great support from my DH who is going on this journey himself and together we will make it!!!!!
