    I understand. It is soooo hard. But if you are on this site at all, then you have made one big step in the right direction. Normally when we are feeling so bad and guilty we stay away from sparkpeople because we fell like we can't compete but just by posting this today you are back on track. We all fall back from time to time, what you have to do is look forward. YOU CAN DO IT!! AND YOU WILL!!!

Still no Laptop, so still havnt been recording food for almost a month now. So now im back to eating 2 big meals a day. Now, they still are pretty healthy meals, but I really want to get back into eating my small portions and snacks though out the day. Makes me feel better all around. PLus I still want to lose another 6-10 pounds ! emoticon

    My nutritionist put me on a plan of 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. I have been so busy lately that I'm finding it hard to fit in a snack. My schedule has slowed down some so I'm hoping to get back at it. Good luck with your plan. When I plan in advance I find I do better. Maybe that will work for you.

    Hi. :-)

I'm in a whole 'nother category of weight-loss than you, but it's all the same battle, right?

I was browsing new blog posts and saw that you needed a little push. So I just thought I'd stop by and tell you, I have trouble with the five or six small meals a day thing too. Sometimes time just gets away from me.

What I'm trying to do is just automatically split everything I cook in half. Then I eat one part of it during a regular mealtime, and one part about two hours later. I know that can be hard when you're working outside of the home (I have it easy in a lot of ways because I work for myself and am home all day), but if you can manage it at all, maybe it'll help!

Spilled juice on my laptop emoticon ! I was soooo upset, its ruined. So needless to say, I haven't been recording what I eat. BUT still doing my routine, eating pretty good, and jogging. Went for a great hike 3 days ago, Wild wood,up in Thousand oaks. I felt so great, I even ran up some of the trails. Feels amazing to hike, with out all the extra weight ! emoticon

Today in week 9 weigh in. One more week and the contest will be over. Of course I intend to keep going, but what a motivation to start me off.

cake ice cream rice beans tri-tip. BAD VERY BAD. EXERCISED TWICE IN THE WEEK PRETTY GOOD.... Weigh in tomorrow, although I REALLY want to weigh myself right now !!!!!! 3 more weeks till final weigh in. I WILL EXERCISE today, hungover and all !~ emoticon
