Did 40 minutes of Walk It Out on Wii

Did 140 minutes of fitness today

Sunday, December 05, 2010

Wow! I did 140 minutes of Wii Fit Plus, Walk It Out and EA Sports Active!

I started with Walk It Out, then Wii Fit Plus, then I just kept going and decided to try the Sports Active.

I'm feeling so much better today after being sick for 3 days.

I hope I can keep up the momentum.

Starting AGAIN!

Thursday, September 10, 2009

Ok, (sigh) here we go again! I WILL be starting a walking program. I WILL get up to 10,000 steps/per day.

Just got an exercise bike from a coworker, so will be starting that as well.

Starting small--nothing major so I don't get burned out.

I CAN DO THIS! emoticon

I was just sparking around and found your blog. So how is it going? I would love to get into a size 10 but my waist has gotten too wide(does that sound better than too big). Have a great weekend and keep walking. emoticon emoticon

Congratulations for starting again! There may be many start overs, but if you stick to it and make changes along the way, you're going to see some great results in your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Absolutely, starting small and building up is a great idea. SP has lots of ten minute exercise videos; if you're not familiar with them, check 'em out.

have to start drinking the junk before the colonoscopy tomorrow. emoticon

I really don't want to do this! But after tomorrow--and everything goes ok!--it will all be over. I just really don't relish what I have to go through tonight. emoticon

Gosh, have "fond" memories of such an event myself. My girlfriend's Mum was diagnosed with colon cancer so she needed to get the colonoscopy and she was visiting me in Mexico when she got the news. So I needed one as well.....so we did it together...we drank the stuff and headed to our own bathrooms and then went back to watching tv and then we both would run again...we were on the same clock. Both of ours turned out well and we still giggle about what good friends do together. The cost here in Mexico was good as well. We paid about $200 US and come home with a CD of the proceedure. Best of luck to you!
