I really like this! It was a good idea to plan your goals this way, and you have a nice variety of goals. I know you'll do great! Report Inappropriate Comment |

This is a GREAT blog! Very motivational. I think I am going to assign something like this to my students who are "in academic distress." Maybe it will get them motivated!

This week has been very difficult for me to get moving. I know I need to push myself, but I just don't seem to have the energy to move. I don't know if it is the weather, the slow recovery for the nasty cold or just plain laziness. What ever it is I have to get past this. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know the answer to this, but I do know that you have done a lot of good things this week. You accepted the challenge to blog every day, and you've been very successful with that. You've also been very supportive in commenting on other people's blogs. Plus you've done other things that you blogged about, like bowling and cleaning out your closets. So build on those successes, and have a good week! Report Inappropriate Comment |

Methinks that the weather might be the reason why. I don't really think that we were meant to be outside in the type of cold weather that you have recently been blogging about. I know that when it gets "cold" here (low 40's!)all I want to do is vegetate in front of the television under a warm blanket! Don't let a slow week dictate what the next week will be like. You have made incredible progress these past few months! Revel in these accomplishments and move forward! Like I always just keep moving! Report Inappropriate Comment |

When I get like that, it is usually because I am bored with my old routine. It is easy for me to lose focus of the imporantance to move when I am bored with what I am dong. Try something new or different. Get a friend to go with you. Take 15 minutes out of your lunch to add Leslie Sansone's 15 minute mile. You can watch and move along with her at www.walkathome.com . I hope you get moving soon! The longer you sit, the easier it gets! Report Inappropriate Comment |
