Hey so far things are going great, I feel full, satisfied, and pleased with myself! This afternoon will be the hard part 2ish every day I crave chocolate like no other!!!
I realize I made a mistake yesterday, I am not 334lbs, I am 234, and for real I weighed in at 235.1 today!
So this morning I had eggs, I had pistachios for snack, lettuce wrap (turkey, tomato, hummus) for lunch, celery and cucumber with hummus this afternoon, and steak and steamed cauliflower for dinner :-) I think it's super important to plan your food at the beginning of the day, so you won't leave room for impulsive decisions. Wish me luck!!
