Abs Diet

I recently picked up the Abs Diet. I felt like I needed a bit more structure for my eating. I've let myself go and binge whenever I want.

I'm on day two and I've been eating on schedule, yet still feel hungry... is this normal?

I hope to lose 13 lbs by Christmas and possibly another 5 before my wedding next April!

    are you eating often enough? it's hard to tell with the diet tracker - your meals seem well balanced and you are getting enough protein... i'm just wondering if the snacks are spaced evenly enough... drinking enough water? i aim to eat every 3-4 hours and drink about a bottle of water in the time, too. it helps keep hunger at bay, and frequent snack also prevent overeating at meal times...

    I made my nutrition public... I would only look at yesterday and today since that's when I've started the Abs Diet. :)

    Are you tracking your food using Spark's nutrition tracker? If you do, and you make that info public on your Spark Page, we might be able to help you figure out why you're hungry!
