Finally!!! My last 2 days of the pureed diet!!!! On Monday, bring on the "real" food!!! The last 2 weeks I have been maintaining my weight loss and it is driving me crazy. I have been exercising, eating small meals, and getting my protein in. The only thing I can think of is that I am not eating enough calories. So I start tracking my food again. I have found that it is REALLY hard to eat more than a 1,000 calories a day. I am hoping that once I get off this mushy foods it will be easy (and hopefully I was have more energy). I want to loss another 30 pounds in the next three months, I don't think it sounds impossible... Monday will be 4 weeks since surgery and I see my doctor again the week after that. I am hoping for my 1st fill!
