    If using a timer works for you, I say keep on doing it! I use the timer method myself sometimes, and if I am really into my work, I'll keep right on going.

slowly, I'm getting my routines in place

what comes I think for many organized home people doesn't happen to me

and when it does, it's a great ah-ha moment

I always remember to feed the cats, both morning and evening

today, an ah-ha moment when I realized that as they eat their morning meal, I can pick up any other of their dishes in the area and wash any dishes in the sink

and as a bonus, I can make several swipes with the broom and pick up and dispose of floor debris

and, new to me, not embarrassed to talk about it..yeah for me

Cola chicken Recipe

This I want to try:




3 chicken breasts
1 can (12 oz) diet cola
1 cup ketchup





Top-Rated Olive Oil$26.18 Amazon.com by Swoop




Directions


Put chicken in a non-stick skillet.
Pour ketchup and diet cola (any kind) over the top.
Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat cook for 45 minutes.
Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken. Be sure to watch it during this last step.
