need to get one of those organizing boxes and put my incoming mail in it

I will store it in a closet when not in use

I've been setting my timer, neighbors might get tired of hearing it ding

If using a timer works for you, I say keep on doing it! I use the timer method myself sometimes, and if I am really into my work, I'll keep right on going.

trying to be a past clutterer

Saturday, July 19, 2014

slowly, I'm getting my routines in place

what comes I think for many organized home people doesn't happen to me

and when it does, it's a great ah-ha moment

I always remember to feed the cats, both morning and evening

today, an ah-ha moment when I realized that as they eat their morning meal, I can pick up any other of their dishes in the area and wash any dishes in the sink

and as a bonus, I can make several swipes with the broom and pick up and dispose of floor debris

and, new to me, not embarrassed to talk about it..yeah for me

I need to get organized too; it's something I struggle to stay on top of every day.

Me too. Ended up working on my grandniece's afghan this morning and I need to get it done between now and Wednesday. Heading to see her. I live in Illinois and she's in Minnesota.
