These last couple days i've kinda lost focus. I have brough myself back to center and am going to they gym after work tomorrow. I dont want to throw away all the hard work i've done so far. I still pretty much stayed within my calorie range, but I just lost focus to log in and track my food and got careless. I know I have to stay focused for the long run.

I think we all go through it as the 'newness' wears off and we get distracted by other things that demand more of our focus and attention. The key is to keep finding things that motivate you. I go through this a lot too... and its tough, especially if you have a lot of weight to lose. I often think of my motivation like a room full of kinder gardeners.... they aren't going to be entertained by the same things day after day. They will eventually get bored and go crazy and misbehave. You have to keep things changing and bring in new motivation... don't let yourself get bored. Try new exciting recipes or something you wouldn't normally do to keep it interesting. I'm guilty of the same diet funks all the time... I hope that helps put a different spin on it :)

I have found the food tracker essential for success. It helps keep you honest with yourself on what you are eating good or bad. Does take time but the rewards are priceless. You have come to far, to let yourself slip back. You can do it!
