Days off of work seem to be my weakest days. How do I get the motivation to work out those days? Ugh
My cardio completed daily.
Fruit added daily
And positive thinking.
It was a long day. I didn't get much sleep. But besides that I still made time for me. I got my exercise in!
I find that this phrase stays with me. When I think I can't take no more. I tell myself to just keep swimming.
