Pregnancy Boot Camp

This is my pregnancy boot camp workout! I will do my yoga three times a day for 30 minutes each session. I will do my prenatal ab workout every day as well as 300 kegels, to better prepare my body for delivery. I will walk every day that weather is permitting for at least 30 minutes if not more, even if I have to go earlier in the morning to avoid the heat! I will do my free weight routine 4 days each week along with squats. I will do wall push-ups every other day so as to keep my back looking good, too!

I will stick to this plan until Zoey is born (10 weeks from today she is due!). After that, I will start a new Post-Baby Boot Camp routine! To start it off, I will resume my kegel exercises immediately after delivery, and beginning one week after delivery I will resume my 30 minutes of walking each day!

Commitment to myself

Starting today I am going to make a commitment to myself. I will stick to my plan, and workout regularly. I will not let the weather or my mood prevent me from reaching my goals. I can do this. I can do anything. I will not let myself down again. I will not be stuck with "baby weight" after Zoey is 6 months old. I know how to do this, and I can do it right. I am worth the effort, the dedication and the sweat! I will no longer compare myself to other women, but rather become the woman others strive to be! I have the strength and the energy to accomplish everything I need to in a day. Time will not be my enemy. I am smarter than that clock, and I can get it ALL done! I am strong enough, good enough, and even pretty enough to reach my goals! emoticon
