I'm down 2.5lbs and I feel so great! Finally the weight is starting to come off and it feels amazing seeing results from all of my hard work. I still have a few more weekends of snowboarding too so I'll have a few more chance to blast a ton of calories. If things keep going well I'll actually be excited for bikini season!

I'm feeling pretty good. I've been focusing a lot more on what I've been eating this week and have been doing a better job of getting in more veggies. I've stayed within my calorie range all week. I also got another job which is pretty exciting. The only downside is that now I don't have as much time to workout. I've still been able to Zumba almost daily and as soon as I get air in my tires I'm going to start taking my dog for a bike ride during my lunch break. Hopefully it will stop raining...

This is the 3rd week in a row that I haven't lost any weight. And no it's not a plateau, I just started working this hard a few weeks ago and I haven't seen ANY change at all. According to this site I burnt 3,100 calories last week alone. I've been eating a lot healthier then I was before. Making a real effort to include more vegetables and to eat lower calories fruits. This week I am going to keep working out as hard as I was, but I'm really going to focus on what I'm eating and make sure I'm not exceeding my calorie goal.

Stick with it, BurtonGirl! I've gone through those times. One day you will turn around, and the weight will just melt off of you.

I had a weight in today and am still at 139 and haven't lost a single pound in the last two weeks. I am starting to get really frustrated as I have been working really hard. I have gone snowboarding every Sat and Sun for the last 3 weeks. I play Zumba more days then I don't. I go to the gym and do the stair climber 2-3 nights a week. I go to ab class on Monday mornings. I take Tyce for a walk and do spark videos every day. I am eating a lot better, but still struggling with my calorie goals. To ensure I start to see results, this week I am really going to focus on calories and make sure I don't go over my "budget". I'm also going to watch sugar and fat content. Finally, I'm going to add a spinning class one day a week to my regimen. I'm also thinking about playing Just Dance more often and maybe adding The Biggest Loser to my workouts as well. Hopefully the scale will have a different number for me next week :)

I know how you feel, plateaus are really annoying especially when you're doing everything right. Just keep at it, it has to break and hopefully soon.

I can totally hear your frustration. Sometimes those plateaus can last a lot longer then they are wanted. JUST KNOW YOU CAN AND WILL ACHIEVE THE GOALS YOU HAVE SET FOR YOURSELF. Be kind to yourself and be PATIENT WITH YOURSELF. Continued good luck as you move forward in your weight loss journey.

I'm feeling a little discouraged. I've been eating a lot of healthier, whole foods lately. A ton more fruits and veggies then I usually eat, but I still can't seem to stay within my calorie goal. I'm still under 2,000 every time but I thought all of these healthier foods were supposed to make it easier to keep my calorie count down. I'm hoping to go snowboarding again all weekend to get my energy and motivation back up.

Vegetables are usually a good thing to add "a ton" of. Fruit, not so much. A large apple is 125 calories. A banana around the same. It will add up pretty quickly. Not that it isn't good for you - it is. But the calories, along with the other food you eat, will add quickly.
