Sunday the beginning of the week for me, yeah. I love a new week , you can make new plans. new plans on how I will lose this weight. Each week I Make a new little goal to help me lose weight. Last week the goal was to not eat junk food after dinner. Well I did ok 4 days out of 7. This week I will do better!!! ![]()

New week new goals. Last week my goal was to not eat junk food after dinner. Well i did good three days out of seven days so I still need to work with that goal. This week I am going to eat the 5 fruits and vegetables. I have done that already today, so I am off to a good start.
I lost 3 pounds this week so I am pretty happy about that. Hope to lose 4 more this month. That would get me down in the 170's. I started out at 205 so I am slowly getting rid of this weight. I have been playing with this 4 lbs for a few months and I would like to start getting below the 180's
.
