A big thanks to Mrs Principal for the title!
Yeah, I hurt. My butt hurts. When I sat on my chair today I was wiggling around to get comfy (for the 5 seconds I am actually on the chair, to take the roll) and I couldn't. I finally realised that sitting just hurt, and it wasn't the poor chairs fault.
I like to teach on the floor, with the kids. On their level, ya know. Yeah, how many children does it take to pull Miss Bubble off the floor because her legs are so sore she gets stuck? Many. Now we know.
After my weights session yesterday I thought it would be an awesome idea to go for a run today. Ya know, since I signed up for a 5k and everything. Well I ran 4k and I felt awesome until I stopped. Now I am just in more pain. Joy.
I hearby declare that tomorrow be a rest day, and that once I finish work I will come home, put my feet up and watch TV. Watch out, this 23 year old has a wiiiiiild Friday night planned!

I had a fantastic April. Lets hope it becomes a trend!
Weight goal: Lose a kilo. That seems achievable and would bring me to 78.6kg.
Nutrition: Iím still focusing on getting in more fruit and veg and less junk. I am also going to start tracking more often. Lets aim for 3 days per week!
Water: I drink heaps of water, this one is fine!.
Exercise: Run my first 5k!
Exercise #2: Start my new weights program. I met with my trainer last night and pretty much told him to give me a mans program. I told him I wanted to try high weight, low reps, and he was really excited to get started. Apparently I am the first woman to ever ask him for a program like that!
Thats it, pretty simple!

NOW for my amazing story!
OK, so my dads car was stolen from outside our house at 5am on Sunday morning. He woke up when the engine started and looked out the window to see the car driving away. It is at this point that I should point out that the car was unlocked, with the keys in it. Yeah, we did that waaaay too often. Of course he called the police right away, but where we live is very close to a motorway, so the car could have been anywhere.
This morning, I decided to go a different way to work. My usual route was backed up with traffic, so I ducked around the back way and down some side streets, which is quicker when the traffic was bad. AND wouldn't you know it, I FOUND THE CAR! Parked on the side of the road! I owned the car for 4 years before my dad bought it off me, so I know that car. I called the police right away to tell them I found it and asked them to send someone. Then mum came to wait for the police because I had to get to work. We think that the theives dumped the car when they realised there was no petrol in it and they wouldn't get far without a petrol station (and those have security cameras).
How cool is that?!

Weight lost Ė 1.4kg. My weight goal was to break 80kg. AND I DID IT!
Total weight lost: 7.7kg
Lowest weight: 79.6 (Weighed in on the 28th. I am house sitting and without my scale)
Exercise minutes - 1164 minutes Ė Goal met!!
Days exercised - 22/31
Average workout time - 53 minutes
5+ a day: Still going well. Getting in more fruit now that I like greek yogurtÖIt is fun to dress the fruit up a little.
This month I lost more than double what I lost last month! YAY!!! I am glad I didnít get discouraged last month, and I am glad that my hard work this month has paid off. The holidays probably helped, because I was able to exercise more than usual.
Now, my non scale victories.
I fit into these jeans
Two of my watches needed to be shortened. They were halfway up my forearm when I wore them! My other watch, which barely fit at the start of the year not only fits, it is loose! Not loose enough to have a link taken out, but getting there.
I can wear a sleeveless top without feeling like my arms are the big, fat focal point.
Speaking of tops, my favourite teacher top is too big! Look how loose it is!
Thankfully a cute belt means I can keep it in the rotation for a bit longer!
ALL of my rings have to be resized. They are all too big on me now! Since I used to fit the rings myself I know that they were the perfect size for me. Iím thinking Iíll get the main ones resized in June (I have free resizing with a few, even though I donít work for the company anymore. The rest I can still get resized at staff price), and hope that my hands donít shrink anymore!

79.6kg! Whoop whoop, another new low. I am glad it went back to where it is supposed to be, after my 1.3kg fluctuation. That wasn't nice at all!
I skipped my run last night because of the rain. Well, kind of. I don't object to running in the rain, in fact I enjoy it. It had been raining all day and I thought the sidewalk would be too slippery to make it safe to go out and run. 2 rest days in a row is not good, but I haven't taken 2 in a row for a few weeks, so I'm ok with it. Sometimes it is nice to just rest! I shall be going for a run later on today, since the rain has eased and the ground had dried a little. So, run today, weights tomorrow!
I have lots of work to do today. I have to plan the maths homework, the maths, the reading, the literacy, PE, topic... The list goes on and on! I know where I am heading, so I just need to get it all written down and ready to go!
