And I am going to miss hitting 1000 monthly fitness minutes by 90 minutes. Thats it! But with only 4 days left in the month (and the minutes already precounted, I am currently on 785) I really don't think I can fit in another 90 minutes anywhere! Stoopid February, being short. Just one more day and I could have gotten there by adding 10 minutes to everyday and having another 60 minute workout. But it is not to be! GAH!
RIGHT reassess. This month my goal is to beat last month (which was 888 minutes). I will do this without a problem. My goal for March will be 1000 monthly minutes. Does that sound fair? I think so too...
But seriously people, I can't believe I am being foiled by a stoopid short month! OK, OK, yes I took 3 rest days this week, but I was sick! If I hadn't gotten sick I would have made it too....Yikes. Also, I just wrote gottened, instead of gotten. Poor spelling and grammar is contagious, clearly!
On a completely unrelated note, I had Subway for lunch (OMG YUM) and got 2 cookies, but I only ate one. I gifted the other to my boyfriend. Progress.
I saw someone last night that I haven't seen for 5 weeks. She noticed my weight loss!!
:D I did 40 minutes of weights at the gym. I actually combined my new and my old programme to get a longer workout. I figured since my body was kinda used to the old programme it wouldn't hurt. And it didn't. Might hurt tomorrow though...
I'm going out tonight! My boyfriend is in a covers band (70's, 80's 90's) and they are playing at a bar tonight. So I have to get my glad rags on and go boogie! I love seeing him play, he is really in his element and just looks so happy the whole time. It is so nice.
