What I wanted for breakfast = Pancakes
What I had for breakfast = Banana
What I wanted for lunch = Yum Cha
What I had for lunch = Yum Cha (steamed items only, and ate about half of usual)
What I wanted for snack = Frosting
What I ate for snack = Orange (and a bit of frosting, if I am honest)
What the family had for dinner = Greasy, nasty fish and chips
What I had for dinner = Homemade pizza (split pita, hummus, smoked chicken and goats feta) and a side of baby spinach and balsamic.
What I want for dessert = Boozy new years cupcake
What I am having for dessert = Boozy new years cupcake. If cupcakes are wrong, I don't wanna be right!
I was planning on going for a walk but it rained all day Try again tomorrow, but I think I made a good start. I also went shopping and purchased lots of fruit and veggies, as well as other healthy lunch and snack options. Yummy, yummy!
