Lets make a plan

A workout plan. I have already pretracked this week which means I am more likely to actually do it!

M - 30 minutes water walking after the shrink
T - Spinning
W - Boxing
T - Spinning
F- Rest
S - Walk
S - Rest

Hopefully I can stick to this! I have already been shopping for my lunches and snacks for the week.

This week will be tiring as I take full control of the class I am in. They are hard work. All classes are, but these guys are just exhusting!

The sweat pooled in my ears

I worked very hard at boxing today. Like, shockingly hard. I sweat so much it was running down my face and pooling in my ears while I was on the floor doing sit ups. My partner is in the Army, and boy can you tell. She kicked my butt!! I feel so tired, but very good and happy to be back into it. I need to remember how much I actually like exercise when I can't be bothered doing it.

Yeah, I said it. I like exercise. I KNOW.

In other news, my associate teacher is being less help than I would like. It is SO hard to plan when he doesn't have a long term plan and hasn't shared with me the children's test results so I have no idea where they are at or what they can do!!! I have planned the best I can for tomorrow, and am hoping the children haven't done letter writing in a while. It is all well and good to tell me that I can do what I like but if the kids have already done letter writing this year then my plan is pretty much redundant because they don't need to do it twice in one year. Good thing I am awesome and can pull lessons out of no where!!

Spinning tonight and then Friday night off working out.

I didn't go to the gym last night. I was wiped. I slept for a good 9 hours last night if that gives any indication of my sleepyness.

BUT I did go tonight! Spinning for a hour. While I was there I signed up and paid for Thursday nights class. I am motivated when there is $2 on the line! With those 2, and boxing tomorrow night and something on the weekend I think I am looking pretty good for the week.

Eating was good today. I did have some chocolate, but I tracked it and came in under 'budget' so thats OK. New lunch idea of corn thins with hummus. Yummy and filling :) We made fruit kebabs in class today so I got my fruit in :)

More good eating tomorrow, and boxing class. I am on a roll!

The week ahead

This week is my first week of my LAST placement. That is both exciting and terrifying. The good thing about placement (for my eating and exercise) is the routine. I have breakfast before I leave, have a morning tea break, a lunch break and then something to eat once school finishes. I bring healthy options and I have to eat them because I can't leave the school grounds. I also go to the gym before I go home. The gym is between school and home. I have to drive past it. That makes it easier to just go.

So, I plan on having a good few weeks of working out and eating. I want to look good for Summer, my birthday and my graduation.

Here is the workout plan:

M - Boxing (after the shrink)
T - Spinning
W - Boxing
T - Spinning
F - OFF
S - TBC, maybe a walk/run
S - OFF

I wish the gym had more variety. A pump class, perhaps. Maybe I will put it in the suggestion box! I am also gonna ask for a tour of the weights and maybe get a couple of routines I can do after classes (just 15 minutes or so).

THIS IS ALL IN CAPS. DEAL.

MY LECTURER JUST EMAILED ME AND SAID THAT AS LONG AS I GET SUPPORT AND HELP FROM A THERAPIST HE WILL RECOMMEND ME FOR REGISTRATION. 3 YEARS WON'T HAVE BEEN WASTED~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My therapists name is Diane. She sounds nice. I will see her on Monday. Stay tuned.

Now, just need to pass these damn assignments...

Oh, and I did some retail therapy. I got a diamond snowflake pendant that I have been drooling over for about a year

and a dress that I look really hot in. Seriously. My best friend called me hot. And we are very honest with each other.
