Due to working yesterday day and having my partners concert yesterday night I had little control over when I ate and I ended up eating badly.
I started the day with cereal, no time for my smoothie, before work.
After work I got home with enough time to have a heat n eat meal before rushing out the door to my in laws, who were taking me to the concert. I forgot to take snacks. I should have taken snacks!
By the time intermission rolled around I was hungry and ALL they were selling was chocolate. So you can see where this went. I had a bar of chocolate.
By the time the concert ended and my partner was all packed up it was around my dinner time. And we were both exhusted for having really long days. So we stopped and got burger king. I had a grilled burger and a couple of fries, and half my drink.
So yesterday was horrible! But there was not much I could do about a lot of it, except being more organised next time.
Tonight I have to have dinner at my in laws and I have no idea what is on the menu, so hopefully I will be able to eat well for all of today. AND hopefully it will stop raining long enough for me and my partner to go for a nice long walk
