And looking damn fine if I do say so myself.
I felt fine once I got to the gym, apart from some abdomen pain while running, which I am blaming on the amount of coughing I have been doing. I'm hoping that is all it is, since I am running Round the Bays in, oh, 2 weeks. Just a casual 8.5km, I'm sure I'll be fine. Should probably do some more running...
I got my new strength program today. My trainer is trying to kill me. He tells me I have an "advanced" program; His words, not mine. I have
All 2 sets of 8-10 reps
Squats - 40kg
Deadlifts - 20kg
Walking lunges - BW
Kettlebell Clean and Jerk - 12kg
Kettlebell Swings - 12kg
Shrug/Squat/Press - 22kg
Pull ups - Band and BW
Med ball twists, V ups
Yeah, I only did one set of everything and I already hurt. Sunday night won't be fun. But, it hurts so good, and I love it!
Looking forward to getting into my new program, and getting back into a regular gym routine after all my breaks!
