Went out drinking last night (pics)

Long story short, I looked hot



We started in an upmarket suburb for a cocktail, then headed into town for a dance. Ended up taking a tuk tuk bike halfway up town (luckily he accepted a kiss on the cheek instead of full payment), tried to get into a male strip show, considered having a plan B of a female strip show, went to Sky City and sung Whitney Huston in the foyer, and somehow ended up meeting up with a couple of guys who play basketball for the NZ team. One crazy night!

Yep... 1kg of water weight this morning tho... Pay back sucks!

    My friend on the left is 6'1" and plays basketball for NZ. The friend on my right is slouching, she is 5'11". I am the shorty of the trio. Odd for me since I am usually the tallest!

New weights program

Holy moly, my trainer is trying to kill me

Swiss ball chest press - 12kg dumbells


Weighted static lunges - 8kg dumbbells (I have lost 16kg, so it is the same weight I lunged in the beginning!


Wall sit - 30 seconds


Assisted chin ups - 30kg counter weight


Assisted dips - 20kg counter weight


Barbell shrug/squat/press - 17.5kg


Hanging knee raises - Body weight

Yeah, I gave the trainer the eyebrow about this one! But I did it and it was fun

So, yep... My trainer has fun with my plan. I told him that my plan seems to get harder when I am cheeky... He didn't deny it!

As a side note, boot camp nearly killed me tonight. I nearly didn't make it. It was so, so, tough. I am gonna hurt tomorrow!!! LOVE IT!

Right, I've been absent. Sorry, I'll get my mum to write me a note. Here is a breakdown of the past 2 days

Wednesday: Date with a guy. Went well, so I didn't get home late.

Thursday: So tired from lack of sleep, no gym.

Friday: Date the 2nd with the guy. Went OK.

Saturday: School gala. Back to see the guy.

Sunday: Drinks with girlfriends, followed by 13 hours of sleep.

So, yeah. Busy having a social life. Sorry people! BUT I'm back. Went to the gym tonight, ate well today. I'm only up 200g after my 5 day bender, so I must not have eaten as badly as I thought I did.

I'm recommitting to spark. I will try to be on once a day, like usual. Other than that brief rundown, everything has been pretty boring.

November goals - a few days late

I totally forgot to do my november goals!

Weight goal: I would like to lose 1kg. I have already lost 300g this month, so only another 700g to go!

Nutrition: track every day except 3 (to allow myself a break) and stay in calories 6/7 days

Fitness: come back from more injuries and resume boxing, boot camp and weights. Work out 5 days a week.

Simple goals. I hope I can meet them!
