Monday is boxing day. Gosh, I love hitting things. I pushed myself and got a good sweat on. I had awful chocolate cravings yesterday. Terrible. I went over my calories a little because I stopped resisting. I don't have those days often, so I will live. Maybe I get PMS cravings even though I don't get a period?
I had boot camp tonight. Fun, as always. The trainer played a game with shuttle cocks, and as you can imagine, the 'cock' jokes were flying. So, so funny. The poor trainer was really regretting not having a game with another prop to collect. I think I overdid it, and my quad hurts tonight. Icing it and gonna see how I feel tomorrow.
I have been starving all day today! I can't get enough food! I have eaten nearly 1900 calories and I am still hungry! I was too high on fat, a little low on carbs, so maybe that is why? Or maybe I am hungry because I am kicking the exercise up a notch? I have changed my goals to reflect my new exercise level, but my range only changed by 30 calories, so that was no help...
I'm on strike tomorrow afternoon. My first strike, how exciting. It is a stop work meeting that all NZ teachers are encouraged to attend, so off I go to...do... union stuff!
My trip is now fully booked. I just need to start saving some spending money!! And pay off credit cards. And get a second job so I can actually afford this holiday!

Yesterday was a total rest day. I worked out every day after work last week (2x boxing, 2x boot camp, 1 x weights), so I think I earned a rest. And I didn't get up until after 11am yesterday morning... Most of the day was gone anyway! I ended up meeting a friend for coffee, and rediscovered peppermint mochas from Starbucks. Be still my heart. I may get fat again, just from peppermint mochas... YUMMY.
This morning I did the super fitness thing and ran to the gym, then did my workout. Dad picked me up so I didn't have to run home again. It was a good run except for an insane head wind. I felt like I should have been flying, but I looked like I was on Bay Watch. It was that strong! I really pushed myself at the gym, and even added extra stuff in that isn't on my program. I love working out, it keeps me sane!
I had lunch with my ex today. It was really nice. Just chatting and catching up, no pressure. We have seen each other a handful of times in the past couple of weeks. We still enjoy each others company. Afterwards we went shopping for clothes. Nothing for me (I actually have to start saving for my trip). Later I met with a friend for coffee, and did the food shopping.
So that is my weekend. Eating was OK, but the drinking on Friday probably threw my calories for a loop... Not much damage on the scale, so that's good news :) Now, I should get on with my planning for next week!
Oh, as a side note, last week I said I had a couple of dates with a boy. Yeah, we aren't seeing each other anymore. Just wasn't gonna work out.

Long story short, I looked hot
We started in an upmarket suburb for a cocktail, then headed into town for a dance. Ended up taking a tuk tuk bike halfway up town (luckily he accepted a kiss on the cheek instead of full payment), tried to get into a male strip show, considered having a plan B of a female strip show, went to Sky City and sung Whitney Huston in the foyer, and somehow ended up meeting up with a couple of guys who play basketball for the NZ team. One crazy night!
Yep... 1kg of water weight this morning tho... Pay back sucks!
