Weight goal: By the end of this month I would like to have a normal BMI. This would require me to lose 900g. Now that I am tracking (ick!) this should be doable.
Goal smashed! I lost 1.6kg, which is 700g more than my goal called for. I have a normal BMI AND I hit 15kg lost.
Nutrition: Track, track, track. Stay within my calories 6 days a week. In a perfect world I would stay in my calories 7 days a week, but aiming for 6 days gives me some flexibility. Life happens, after all!
I tracked my little heart out. I staying in range most days, with the occasional day over or not tracking. My weekend away and personal problems made it hard, but I stuck to it and the results are showing on the scale.
Exercise: Gradually get back to my normal routine, under the supervision of my physio. I am allowed to walk, so I would like to walk a few times a week. I am also allowed to continue with my arms and abs ST, so I will do this too. Boxing may be OK; I am going to try tomorrow night, but if it hurts I will stop. Aim for 3 days of ST and 3 cardio days, with walking being counted as cardio.
I was able to join back in with my boot camp class twice a week. I did boxing at least once a week and I did ST twice a week. I am calling that a win!
