November goals - a few days late

I totally forgot to do my november goals!

Weight goal: I would like to lose 1kg. I have already lost 300g this month, so only another 700g to go!

Nutrition: track every day except 3 (to allow myself a break) and stay in calories 6/7 days

Fitness: come back from more injuries and resume boxing, boot camp and weights. Work out 5 days a week.

Simple goals. I hope I can meet them!

Staying out late on a school night

So, I made a friend. The receptionist at my gym and I chat all the time and get along really well, so we decided to be friends. Exchanged numbers, facebooked each other, etc. Last night I got a text asking if I wanted to meet her, her boyfriend and her flatmate for a drink. I ended up having a great time and getting along with everyone really well. So well that I didn't get home until midnight. On a school night. Oh dear! Never mind, I am glad I had a bit of social life. There is talk of a BBQ next weekend that I kind of invited myself to, too.

So the ya go, I can make friends and have a social life! Yay!

October recap with progress picture

Weight goal: By the end of this month I would like to have a normal BMI. This would require me to lose 900g. Now that I am tracking (ick!) this should be doable.

emoticon Goal smashed! I lost 1.6kg, which is 700g more than my goal called for. I have a normal BMI AND I hit 15kg lost.

Nutrition: Track, track, track. Stay within my calories 6 days a week. In a perfect world I would stay in my calories 7 days a week, but aiming for 6 days gives me some flexibility. Life happens, after all!

emoticon I tracked my little heart out. I staying in range most days, with the occasional day over or not tracking. My weekend away and personal problems made it hard, but I stuck to it and the results are showing on the scale.

Exercise: Gradually get back to my normal routine, under the supervision of my physio. I am allowed to walk, so I would like to walk a few times a week. I am also allowed to continue with my arms and abs ST, so I will do this too. Boxing may be OK; I am going to try tomorrow night, but if it hurts I will stop. Aim for 3 days of ST and 3 cardio days, with walking being counted as cardio.

emoticon I was able to join back in with my boot camp class twice a week. I did boxing at least once a week and I did ST twice a week. I am calling that a win!
