Yep, 90 minutes. I walked/jogged to the gym (about half and half, I walked the uphill bits), which took me 25 minutes. Once at the gym I did my weights program, plus a few extra things while I waited for the assisted pull up machine. 30 minutes there. Then I walked home, which took me 35 minutes. I'm tired and my feet hurt.
I went shopping and got heaps of fresh fruit and veg. Went to the jewellery store to put a ring in for resizing, since it is too big and is starting to slip off. Now I am sitting at home trying to motivate myself to do my school work. I need to plan the whole week, which is a big job, and I'm not exactly thrilled to get started!
Anyway, no point to this blog really, just an update!

I now measure once a month, around the 20th. Here are my first 3 months of measurements
Bust - 99cm
Waist - 83cm
Hip - 109cm
Thigh - 62cm
Bust - 98cm
Waist - 80cm
Hip - 106.5cm
Thigh - 58.5cm
Bust - 96cm
Waist - 78cm
Hip - 105cm
Thigh - 56.5cm
So, since June, I am
Bust - 3cm down - BOO! I think a lot is from back fat because the girls still fill up the bra cups well...
Waist - 5cm down - woohoo! I measure at my natural waist, which is quite high... I feel the need to disclose this. It is a hard measurement to get because my boobs get in the way of me reading the tape!
Hip - 4cm down - yay!
Thigh - 5.5cm down - YAY!
Usual disclaimer about how it is impossible to measure in exactly the same place each time. However, the numbers are still good, even accounting for some room for error.
Around this time of the month I stall in my weight loss for a week or 2. I know it is coming, but it still isn't nice. Nothing to do with my period, since I don't get one, but maybe I still get some of the hormonal changes anyway? Who knows. Since I'm not losing weight it is a good time to measure, so I can see some progress!

Today was author day. We had a topsy turvy day at school, with lots of reading aloud, a guest author and a special assembly. The kids were crazy all day because of the different timetable, but it was mainly a good crazy. Although I did tell a group of junior kids at morning break time that if they kept acting up I'd cancel morning break. The funny thing about 5 year olds is that they believe these things, so they all toddled off and played nice.
I have had a tiring week. Another one. There is a child in my class with pretty stressful behavioural issues, and currently nothing I do is working. This is not a new issue, so I don't take it personally, but it still tires me out.
I made it to the gym tonight. I did most of my weights routine, but the trainer has my program card until he gives me my new program, so I kind of forgot half of my program and winged it. Afterwards I bumped into a lady I know, and since we were talking anyway we took our chat to the treadmills. An extra 15 minutes of exercise, can't go wrong with that!!
I have some strength training victories
Chest press - Start 4kg dumbbells. Now 12.5kg dumbbells
Assisted pull ups - Start 45kg counter weight. Now 30kg counter weight
Leg press - Start 40ish kg. Now 100kg

I know, it happens. Long day at work, long meeting, skipped workout and got takeaways because I was hungry and didn't snack enough after work. Can't let it become a habit, though!
I did make a good choice for dinner, even for Chinese food. Chicken, prawns and veggies on noodles with an Oyster/curry/yummy sauce. Nothing deep fried! I only ate half, so I can have the other half for my lunch tomorrow.
Weights tomorrow. No problems going to the gym tomorrow. I love my weights time. Maybe I lacked motivation tonight because I was planning on going to a spinning class. I think I have to be in the mood for spinning, since it is not something I really look forward to like I do with boxing.
I am just tired. End of the week, middle of the term, so it is bound to happen. Might book myself in for a massage next week, as a nice mid term treat!

Thanks, everyone, for your support and advice on my last blog post. I have not been back to the gym or decided what to do about it yet. I'm not going to boxing tomorrow, but that is more due to a shuffle in my workout week thanks to an unscheduled rest day today. I was at work for over 10 hours, so I am exhausted. I will be going and doing my weights tomorrow, so when I see my trainer I'm going to ask about my rights in regards to what happened, and ask if there is a clause in my/his contract that would protect me from what happened.
