Buy one, get one free on already discounted workout clothes. Usually $150 worth of clothes, I paid less than $70!

Of course I had to try them out. One strength workout done! The top didn't ride up at all. 3 are the same but different colours, so I tried this one. Love it! Bonus, I look pretty good in them. Always nice to feel good in what you wear!

Too much junk

I have been eating too much junk lately. I've been tracking most of it, and if I go over my calories it is only by 100-200 calories, but it is too much and it has to stop. So, 1 treat a day, and no more. None of this dessert after every meal business I've been getting into. I don't need that much sugar. If I want another sweet treat I can have some Greek Yogurt with a little cinnamon sugar on top. Sweet and it is actually good for me! The cinnamon sugar only adds 30 extra calories, which isn't bad.

Right, I have had a good breakfast this morning. I had a piece of buttered scone toast, and a diced nectarine with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. I'll pretrack my lunch as soon as I finish this blog.

At some stage today I'll head to the gym to do my weights. It is open all day, so I'm not in any hurry. I need a few hours to chill on the couch today.

    You are so smart to reign it in before it gets further.
I am currently consuming waaaay too much junk...probably more junk than real food. For some reason I am being too stupid to put a stop to it. :(

    I've been hitting the junk pretty hard the last couple of days and unlike you, have not been tracking it. (hiding??) Anyway, you're going to do just fine because you're owning it and making a plan to curb it a bit. Good for you! I hope you enjoy the gym today :)

    Are you still off on holiday? I know when I am off from school and my normal rouine is off... I snack too (and not always pick healthy options). You are tracking it still, so don't be worried. Hope the gym is great!

My veggie filled dinner

I super veggied my spaghetti bolagnaise! I used lamb mince which I rinsed under hot water after it was cooked to remove some of the fat. Then I made my own sauce using 2 cans of low salt tomatoes (one crushed, one chopped for texture). Each can has 5 servings of veggies, so that is 10 servings right there. Next I added in a diced, sauteed onion and 2 grated and sauteed zucchinis. All served over spiral pasta.

1 meal, 13 servings of veggies. Split 4 ways that is 3 servings of veggies per person. Pretty good if you ask me!

How much I have lost (pic)

I weighed my cat last night. She is a fatty, so I thought I'd check on her weight. She weighs 5.3kg, which is half of what I have lost. 5.3 x 2 = 10.6kg, my total weight lost this year.
