Monday, July 27, 2009

This is great-one more lb to lose and it matches the exact weight that I was at when I quit doing Atkins years ago. emoticon

Chapter- 4 & 5
Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Big?
*Time to clean-
**A Fat Tour of My Home
emoticonA tour is done of you home starting at the front door. The bedroom comes next because it is the hub of the home...then the bathroom...and finally the Kitchen. The refridge is cleaned and stocked with only healthy items for a week as is the pantry. There is no unheathy food in your house! Till tomorrow.....

Actually, my home is NOT open to people. My hubby and I are not social people in our home. We like to go to other places for things. Even if I had my house cleaned then there is NO WAY I'm cleaning up after others!!(I should probably work on my attitude....but that's for later to work out. emoticon

emoticonOH BOY! Just came home from walmarts with a size 36 B Bra and new size 5 underwear! That is my reward for losing to 119 lbs. I'm tossing all other underwear and bras (too big now) tomorrow.

I feel the same way about entertaining at home. I got burned out on it years ago. Everyone always wanted to come to my home so I would do all the work. LOL.

More Reading on Does this Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat?

Sunday, July 26, 2009

I ate 1 cup cream-of-wheat, 1T raisins, 1 tsp sugar, 2 pieces of toast (B)8:00am
I ate 1 hamburger bun with 1 T jelly and 1 T peanut Butter (L)11:00am
I ate 3 oz chicken breast with 1/2 c. corn/celery, and 1/2 c. watermelon(D)6:00pm

emoticonBoy as I read this book I'm beginning to realize that Clutter does make your butt look fat.

emoticonI have read chapters 1-3 and will summarize it in a nut shell. I have imagined the kind of house I want; inside and outside and how it's furnished and decorated to my liking. I even imagined me and how my body looks when I'm in the home. In my imagination, everything is organized and clean. I have a nice figure with clothes that show the shape of my body; and I am happy and content.

Now Back to reality:
If your house is a mess and cluttered SO is you body cluttered with fat. Fat is the best word because it is precise and to the point. I eat because I am BORED. I am BORED because I am not organized nor do I have a schedule of any kind!
(1). I want to eat what I like and look thinner (i'm envisioning a swim suit model here-because I LOVE swimsuits).*I must eat a planned healthy meal at (B) 7-8am; (L) 11-12pm; (D)4-6pm with one serving of each food and no second helpings.
*I want to spend my time reading, paintin, doing crafts, and using the internet.
*I want to be relaxed, not bored doing what I like.
emoticon I must become Organized and Create a Schedule!

emoticonRoutines reinforces the habits I want. These habits help create the body I am seeking.

emoticonOnto CHAPTER FOUR -Later in tommoro's post.

Cleaning up my life

Saturday, July 25, 2009

****I am now reading a 2008 book I got at the Library called Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat? The Author contends that the clutter in your home is causing the fat on your body....clean up your home clutter and your fat goes down? Anyway I'm reading it and am going to try what he says....
ACTUALLY- my house is a wreck and so's my body. I don't think his book could hurt me-maybe even give me a healthier life. It is not a diet book-I think it's physological-hey, I'll be saving money reading it and maybe get my sexy body to boot! emoticon
