I am falling behind in my workouts and motivation is failing as well. I have been working towards eating better for the last three months and I feel as though I haven't seen ANY results! :-[ I am feeling discouraged. I am working towards the Couch to 5K, but that is all I seem to have energy for lately.
I know I haven't been on here much to keep up with everyone and receive some encouragement back, but I am hoping to change that [although work has me pretty tied up all day everyday, darn tax season].
Hope all is well with all my Spark friends.

Well, yesterday was a fairly good day until I got about 30 minutes into my cardio and I started getting a migraine. I tried to put to 45 minutes, but I only lasted until 35 before it got to the point where my vision was blurry [usually when that starts I have about 15 minutes before my head starts to hurt, BAD]. So, I got home and decided to take some medicine and lay down around 330, but this time my head was pounding really hard and it took all I had to get to sleep [every noise and light made my head hurt even worse]. I woke up again around 5 I think it was and I felt even worse [the plan of looking at houses and going to Costco went out the door at this point], I took some more medicine and tried to fall back asleep, it was nearly impossible because I couldn't get my head to stop hurting for a second to just relax and fall back asleep. Around 630, I think, I finally got comfortable enough to get to sleep and I slept until about 830. Again, I woke up with a terrible head ache, but it wasn't the same feeling I had before [a knife in my eye hitting the back of my head feeling]. I was able to make it through two of my favorite shows [Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice] and then back to bed I went.
Today I am still suffering from a head ache, but I am hoping that as the day goes on I am able to get rid of it because tonight is birthday dinner 1 of 4 and game night with friends and I don't want to feel lousy for it.
Sorry for the venting, I am just so tired of getting head aches like this.

Well, today seems like a better day than yesterday. Everything seemed to go wrong [although I got a nice 20 minute walk in at the gym and my women's volleyball league won our game].
But moving on from yesterday and looking onto today. I am here at work, with nothing really to do [I can't really complain because sooner than later tax returns will be coming in like crazy and I will have TONS to do]. After work I plan to get in some more cardio and light lifting, I decided that I am going to stay strong with the cardio and only do light lifting to tone my body rather gain muscle, at least until I start seeing results with my weight loss. After my work out I have a dinner with the head coach that I coach with and a recruit. He is taking us to Pizza Hut, which I am not too happy about because I have been doing so great with eating healthy, but I can always get a salad and water. After dinner it is my relaxing time, Tuesday nights I always have the house to myself, which I think I need to take some advantage of today, either go to bed early or curl up on the couch and watch a movie.
Keep up the good work everyone, sooner than later we will all eventually see the results we would like and all look great in our swim suits come summer!
Thank you all for the motivation to keep this up. I am so happy that I have found SP because I don't think I would have lasted this long on my diet and work out if it wasn't for all of you. Seeing everyone and their progress makes me want those results, which is going to take time, and time is what I am willing to give!!!!

Well...next weekend is my 23rd birthday [I should be excited, although I am not all that thrilled, lol]. There is lots of family and friends time, which means dinners that I am not preparing for myself...I am not sure what to do when it comes to going to the Mexican Restaurant on my birthday with my family. Does anyone know of a healthy meal at a Mexican Restaurant that I can try. I have done the taco salad, but according to Weight Watchers it isn't the best. I would ABSOLUTELY love some feedback and ideas on what I should do all next weekend since Friday-Sunday seems to be full of family and friends time.

I am going to try rewarding myself with non-food items as I hit benchmarks throughout my journey to 150 pounds. I am in need of some ideas for a few rewards, does anyone else do a reward system that wouldn't mind sharing their ideas with me? So far I have these rewards set....
190- Buy a movie or go to the movies [depending on if there is anything I would like to see in the movie theaters.
170- A hour massage
150- My goal weight...buy a new swim suit and clothes because hopefully I wont fit into my old items anymore.
