Hello To All!

Its been a while since i've posted from my corner of the world..Way over here in the beautiful caribbean ..Amazing that with the click of a mouse
my thoughts are projected and read so far away..I'm blessed and happy that i'm alive at this time of I.T. revolution......Which will have many more new and exciting changes ....as time goes by lol.....I'm still attuned to sparks
But my work schedule has changed later in the evening...so i'm just giving a shoutout to my Spark friends out there.... ....Sending warm vibes

The Joy..Of Appreciation!

I'm out of my self imposed blogging block...Even though I sparked daily...cheered
On my many spark friends...read many other pages...leaving little notes of cheer
Did my exercises with walking... ...skipping ....And
dancing to my music at home .....I felt as though i'd run out of .....
important things to blog.......I decided to kick start my 2012...with the January
Challenge to ignite my Spark again lol...Sometimes between work and home duties...it seems as though a day is cut in half...and you wonder where did the Time Go.....So it was a surprise...with feelings of utter warmth and joy...never did i think i'd be noticed...To be thought of by...The 'spark members' as one who...
was a 'Motivational Member'.....This is deeply heart warming to me....and accepted with much ...and the Icon on my page... .
Definately the ...to bask in my quiet glow of cool inspiration... ....Spark People....Keep the illuminating flames of Health.. and
lifelong Fitness Burning...

Our Cropover Festival!!

The Cropover Festival...Is a celebration of the end of the Sugar Cane harvest...Where tribute
is paid to the workers of the sugar industry...'most of our sugar..is sold to the European Union
Countries'...So as in days of Yore...there is jubilation...And this takes the form of Various Cultural shows..Plays..Singing Competitions where our Calypso Artistes..Compete against each other for the Calypso Crown Title...and Big Prizes...There's also prizes for...... the hard working people of the industry too....These proceedings are about six weeks starting in July
and Culminating on.....The first of August....With the Parade of Various Costumed Bands.......
Which is Called....'Kadooment'......which means a potpourri......or mixture of Colour...Calypso..
Dancing... Steel Pan Music....Lots of Fun and Revelry...all thrown into one.....And attended by
thousands here and from abroad.....A truly memorable Event!!

Today has been a beautiful day....not too much sun....but lots of strong winds.....
which makes it an ideal day for...Sailing or kite flying!!

I remember those days of kite flying in Guyana, with the beautiful wind blowing as the trees dance and the clothes are swinging on the lines.

Rocking The Bonus!!

After an amazing afternoon at the beach....soaking in the water to sooth away
the tired muscles....I'm energized...and ready for a great work day...a few hours away....Topping it all off...with some late night...or early morning Sparks...since
I've not gone to bed yet...I'm happy with a 7point spin...and a lovely bonus of 25..
