Spinning classTuesday, July 13, 2010
Yesterday I did spinning class. I've done it before about 3 years ago and it made my butt hurt so bad that I couldn't go back. I was in pain for almost a week after that torture. But yesterday was different, I really enjoyed it. Not to say I wasn't watching the clock the whole time. Anyway, I made it through the whole 55 minutes. I was drenched with sweat but I felt great and energized afterwards. Now that's what I am talking about. I need a challenging cardio and I think this may be it. I'm hoping to attend this class a few times a week and work my way up to four times. I always gotta switch up workouts because I get bored really fast. ![]()

I have never been to one, but I was watching Regis and Kelly one morning and she was at a spinning class called Soul Cycling, wish I could go to something like that Report Inappropriate Comment |

I love my cycling class i go 5 days week,some classes are 45min.and some are 60min.but they are great workouts,hey what is the difference between cycling and spinning?

I love spin and I had the same thing happen to me, I was in pain at least a week. I went out and bought me a gel seat cushion from sports authority. It really helped. I am able to last the entire hour, but I will be honest I am always looking at the clock!! lol It is really a great workout... Report Inappropriate Comment |

Yeah - I love spin class, but I too watch the clock. !5 minutes in I am usually thinking, "you got to be kidding -- we're not even half way done!" By 50 minutes though, I am often ready to push another 30 minutes or so and sometimes stay for a second class (when there is space).
