So after months of thinking, i decided to become a Beachbody Coach. Why? because I truly believe in Beachbody. What they stand for and what they have to offer. I also want to help people achieve their goals! So far to date I have completed Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, and Turbo Fire. I will be starting Focus T-25 soon!!!!

Today's Workout

Today i completed Hiit15 with weighted gloves and Sculpt 30. Adding those gloves made a huge difference in my workout. By, the end of the workout i looked like a drowned rat. haha

Ok, I have asked two different beachbody coaches and I am not getting any answers on this. I am looking for which is a better program. I want to lose weight, but I also want to get more toned. So which program should I get????

    From what I understand, CLX is great for toning and building muscle because it focuses on strength training. Turbo Jam is pretty much cardio focused with only 1-2 programs incorporating strength. I don't think it's a question of which is better, though. It depends on if you want to be ST focused or cardio focused.

Low-fat Blueberry Cobbler???

Ok, so this may not be exactly blueberry cobbler! But its what I call it, and its super easy and delicious. Oh and it gets even better, it won't leave you feeling all sluggish AND it includes a serving of fruit for the day. I don't know about you, but I love blueberries in the summertime. So one day i was craving blueberries and had a little bit of sweet tooth and this is what I came up with! I hope you enjoy :)

What you will need:
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 packed tsp of brown sugar
1/2 cracker of low fat honey graham crackers
Microwaveable measuring cup

Fill the measuring cup with 1 cup of blueberries, then add the vanilla extract and brown sugar. Next put the cup in the microwave for 1 minute, but be careful to watch it so it doesn't overflow. Next remove the cup and crumble graham crackers on top.

Your done, now dig in and enjoy! This makes one recipe and if your lazy like me, eat right out of the cup. Its part of the fun :)

Calorie: 125 cal
Fat: 0.4g

Bump in the Road

So everything was going well until today, when I woke up in SEVERE back pain. So Im gonna have to take a mini break from TurboFire to let my back heal. I believe I pulled some muscles or something, but is VERY painful. Even with this little bump in the road, I know I can pull through. However, I want to feel better soon as I miss TurboFire. But instead of going back to the main program, I have been advised to do the 9 week prep schedule and then the main 20 week program.

Hopefully your having better luck :)

    I hope you feel better. I know it is hard when you have back pain. I had slipped disc years ago and I can imagine the pain. You can get back on track when you are better.
