Last week I thought that high fiber oatmeal was stalling my weight loss. But, now I am not so convinced. The oatmeal has been eliminated for a few days and the same problem exists. This week, my assignment is to find out what the culprit is in my weight loss stall. I suspect it is something that I have changed in my eating pattern. Or, it could be the fact that I have not strength trained at all last week, hummmmm . I will be adjusting my diet and strength train like a crazy person this week to find the culprit. I will also follow some advice and try steel oats for a change. Thanks KAYWEB555.
