I've never eaten too many carbs..dislike sweets pretty much, don't do soda, white carbs aren't my thing. do like the rest, but have always limited them a lot. Oddly, my nutritionalist (I see her for diabetes management advice) now has me on 30 to 45 grams of carbs with each meal, 15 to 30 grams per each snack..three snacks a day. Meanwhile, I am monitoring my blood sugarand it's amazingly stable, and my wt. has actually come down 2 lbs in 2 weeks. Shaking my head here. Compared to what I was eating, that's a huge amount of carbs..and it seems I am eating all the time. Go figure..
