Having some community wide employment issues locally with the last remaining major employer in our small rural area. DH still has a job there, but hugely cut hours and a lot of uncertainty. I am having to fight really hard to keep my weight in check and not do any emotional eating. Also to eat healthy on a diminished budget, drag myself to the gym, and sleep more than a couple hours a night. I'm off to check out related articles for some inpiriation and motivational help. Thank heaven for spark people!

my new one is ongoing. What to do? Have changed up my exercise, am measuring my helping sizes, and sticking with it. Time will tell.
