hard to break. We got into the habit of eating quickie meals, prepared foods, and unhealthy choices when without a kitchen all that time. I am finding it hard now to cut the carbs, eliminate the junk, and get back to what once was our easy normal. Need to lose 10 to 13 lbs, which i swore wouldn't ever happen again, am great bout walking, but hven't been to the gym since Mondy, because I dread running into a woman there so intense I feel invaded, and I need to get over myself and stop making excuses.
