Whenever I get close to meeting my goal, I slack off. Right now I am within 0.5 lbs of my original goal again, and would love to get there.Meanwhile, I have changed my goal to 5 lbs lighter. So have 5.5 lbs to lose for the new goal. I wonder if I sabotage myself, afraid to succeed? Or if as a former anorexic I fear going too far? The new weight I have chosen is a healthy one for me, and I keep reinterating that with myself.
