It's been a while since I have posted my body stats - actually since January. I have been trying to ignore it but I figured I should just get the courage and do it.
Weigh yourself - 117 (about the same since January)
Measure your Waist – 27 (Lost 1 inch)
Measure your Hips – 33 (Gained 1 inch- ugh!)
Measure your Neck - 11.5 (Same)
Measure your Thigh – 20 (Same)
Measure your Upper Arm - 10.5 (Same)
Measure your Waist to Hip Ratio - 0.82 (.05 down)
Measure your Body Fat % - 25.11 (6.08% Down- hopefully I measured this correctly)
Measure your Chest - 30 (seriously? Down two inches? yikes!)
Not as good as what I was hoping for but if the Body fat measurement is correct, I would be thrilled that it is going down. That's the most important thing. I want to get down to around 18-21% since I am a runner and that is what an athletic body is supposed to be at... so that's my aim. I'm sure with my increase in weight lifting, I will see that go down.
