Another day down... I'm finding that I am missing my more intense workout since my husband can not go to the gym. Normally we enter the gym together and we workout for about 30-40 minutes after I do the 30 Day Shred Videos. This week has been slightly different though because he injured his foot (I think he bruised a muscle in his foot) while we were exercising in our office. Oops, he accidentally kicked my bookshelf while doing lunges... Lesson well learned I hope...
So today's measly calories burnt:

I love S.P however the one thing that I have noticed is that the calorie suggestions in the recipe section is a bit off for a lot of unique items - or just plain not there. For instance I was looking for wonton wrappers to make some ravioli but I found that the counter had wonton wrappers and eggroll wrappers in the same option. The calories were around 80 calories per wrapper, which is obviously not correct. I make many Asian foods so many ingredients are just not available, which is very understandable. I found found another site though for those of you looking to input those more "unique" items in the calorie counter when making your recipes online here at S.P. The website is called, "Calorie King" www.calorieking.com and has just about everything that I have searched for that was not on S.P. I highly suggest it to anyone!
As Easter is coming very close, I am trying to decide what exactly I am going to make for my husband and myself. We usually go to our hometown however this year we are staying home for a quiet break from the daily stress we call life. So I have been testing out new recipes for Easter and I came across Agar. It is a "sea vegetable" that works similar to gelatin so I am thinking about making something with this healthy gelatin that hails from Japan. We tried a vegan mocha mousse pie however it was a little strange and not to our liking. Anyone have any suggestions?

Note: Today was a short day of exercise due to time restraints and also because my husband hurt his foot exercising on Tuesday. Usually we exercise together however we decided to take a little break for the night since we didn't want his foot to get worse. Another day and his foot should be much better, we hope.
