I have been doing good, and working out, but... I lost 6 pounds, then in two days, on Sat I jogged and walked in the woods about 8 miles, in 2 hours, then looked for mushrooms later. ate well that day, Sunday Mothers day ate a little over my norm, but not to bad, and then this a.m I put on 7 pounds since friday What the Hell??? Frustrated.. I know I did everything right, why is the scale wrong!!!
