I am trying a new experiment.
Whenever I get under 235, I sabotage myself.
I am going to ONLY weight myself once a week, on friday.
And because I get too obsessive with numbers, I have decided to record my food in a journal. Seeing all the numbers just isn't good for my sanity.
And also, dancing to two songs. Right now with my knee pain, dancing to any more than 2 songs puts my knee into lots and lots and lots of pain.
