I was at 200.2 and now am up to 223.
I don't know why. Arghhhh.
Its so frustrating. I had read up on some low carb stuff. So I started using coconut oil, eating 3 eggs at a time instead of 2, decreased carbs even more, and it just made me HUNGRY. And I put on weight.
So I have decided, NOT to make too many changes at once that way I can monitor what exactly is working and what is NOT.
First step is going to be switching back to 2 eggs at a time and see how I feel by next friday or sunday.
And I might just play around with, or at least watch my new kettlebell dvd thats comin in the mail soon. A bit excited. okay. WAY excited.
Not sure if I can hold off when it gets here hehe.
I won't lie, I am totally excited whenever i get a new fitness/belly dance dvd in the mail.
Anyways, thats what I'm doing right now.
And fitness wise, I'm adding in more therapeutic exercises to help with my pain and force myself to warm up properly.
