Well it's February 1st and tomorrow (Friday) we will find out if spring will be around the corner. Poor groundhog getting wakened during his winter sleep.
I have lost 2 lbs last week, still trying to remember to drink 8 glasses of water....so hard to remember...I think about it and instead of getting up to fill my water bottle, I get onto something else and forget.
Started training for the 60km walk in June, on Sunday actually walked 7 km (about 5 miles)...that's alot for the 1st time, however I am really proud of myself.
Well onto another day, will TRY to remember to fill my water bottle.

I will maintain that 180 is my starting weight, and I think it was a fluke that the scale read 176 two weeks ago. So I weighed myself this morning and the scale read 178.
I started training for the end breast cancer walk and walked 7 km = 4.35 miles, I'm so proud of myself, however, I am a bit stiff today, but it feels good cause I accomplished something significant.

I can't figure out why 2 weeks ago I was 176 and last night 181...this is very frustrating, it's probably cause I'm not swimming like I was last year.
Sunday morning I am going to start training for the 60 km walk to end breast cancer. I have 2 donors now, but I am still a long way from the $2,000 I need.
Talked to Andrew last night, he's finally back in the country, sure miss my friend...I told him to go to www.endcancer.com and have a look at my personal website....and jokingly asked him to sponsor me for $500.00...doubt he will, but whatever he can donate is really great!
Well I guess I better get to work and hopefully people will sponsor me today.

I'm having trouble keeping my grazing under control. I suppose not drinking my daily 8 glasses is one reason.
Tomorrow I will pick up my shoes to start training for the 60 km walk for ending breast cancer. I'm really pumped about this and pray everyday that I will have the strength and stamina to do it.

I signed up for the end cancer 60km walk last night and received my training T-shirt. As soon as I get my information package with my training notebook and buy my shoes, I will start training.
I weighed myself yesterday morning and the scale said I was 179 lbs.
I weighed myself this morning and the scale said I was 176...I believe this weight WOO HOO!
I believe I am losing inches because I put on a vest that was a bit snug and to my surprise it fits perfectly...I can image how good I'll feel once my training for the walk starts.
Tonight I start my new course at the local college..."Event management and convention planning"...I'm so excited about it because it's something I love to do.
