    Awww! Shucks! I think MickeyMax is right.....when you're doing all the right thing and see no movements, you just CAN'T use the scale to measure your success! I'll be willing to bet your clothes are fitting better, even if your weight is the same.... think about it...I'll bet I am right!

    Hang in there. Remember to not just look at the numbers but take some measurements as well. Not everyone loses at the same pace. There are a lot of great articles regarding plateaus here on SP. Read through them. They will help your motivation as well.

    DONT panic! You hit a plateau! My body did that too! I lost 3 whole pounds and whammo! stop for 3 weeks! Most likely your body is confused about the changes you are making to it and doesnt know how to respond (yet) Hang in there! It will happen quicker than you know!

    Hey B - no movement bites, but trust me on this, no movement is better than up. Until you bust through that plateau, focus on the non scale victories that might mean you've went a little further, you can reach higher or lower, your back is not in pain or whatever. I find I am at my best when I focus on what I can do, and not what the scale is doing. I know it bites, but it will get better.

home scale says 139.6 but I will weigh on the scale at work tomorrow. I think it will be higher there but I am still hoping for a loss. Trikking every night and trading cookies for peaches seems to help. Loving these fresh peaches by the way!! Not sure what I will do when they are gone. emoticon

    Set your fitness tracker to the Beginner's Strenght workout. It's basic stuff and works upper, core and lower body. BTW...I found my resistance band! I think I'll pack it to go to NC!!!
