P90X Results!

Hey Everyone! Now for P90X since I already did Turbo Fire, I didn't plan on doing the whole thing. I went about halfway through and stopped, because I didnt want my muscles getting too big or masculine! I'm a little disappointed in myself though because I feel like If I didn't slack off and miss days, or mess up on my diet I could've gotten much better results! But I tried and worked out HARD! Always engaging my core and giving it all I got. My chronic migranes made me practically bedridden, light headed and nauseous, so this was a HUGE battle to fight against trying to stay fit. Definitely felt like letting go, BUT I'm pumped up and ready for my next Challenge! Turbo Fire..DONE, P90X...DONE...well, halfway done! Hehe :P Next UP!!? Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Turbo Fire Results! #13-16

Well here it is! The most intense month of Turbo Fire and im starting it today! AHH! Im so excited and nervous about this month haha! Im excited that im finally here but really....all I want to do is go hide under a rock! hahaha, or my blankets :X BUT im not going to! Im going to give it my all this month and try as hard as I can. I WANT these results more than ever, Im so proud of myself for making it this far, and actually sticking through it. Granted, I am a little disappointed because I could have done better, had some cheat days and some miss days, but still, I didnt give up! And I dont plan to! This month Im hoping to see alot of differences in my weight and body! Please follow along with me and check my weekly updated blog! I would love the support and comments, thanks everyone and I wish you the BEST LUCK with your journey, If i can do it, so can you!

12/21/2011:

I Started my week 13 of turbo fire but have been feeling very low energy and sick this week. So i missed 4 workouts! Here is a pic for the beginning of this week that I took yesterday, ready to workout!


1/10/12:

IVE DONE HORRIBLE! ahhh, missed so many workouts due to my migranes. I start jumping around and working out and it feels like my brain was rattling! I ended up stopping my diet pills, and i feel better! I was on week 14 and was going to do an update but since ive done so horrible and want good results Im starting week 13 over!

Here are some pictures I just took, looks like im still cutting some inches and getting a harder flatter tummy. Sorry if these pics are a little too revealing for you. I wanted to show what my complete tummy looks like! My belly button is still a little savataged from having a baby, but it looks like its getting firmer and my stretch marks are looking better! I can never find pictures of women trying to get fit, or that ARE fit with stretchmarks! No need to be ashamed, our beautiful children gave us these scars so there beautiful! MAYBE not literally :P but no reason to not move on, right?! Im still going to shoot for my goals and be proud, regardless!

    WOW you look amazing!! What a wonderfully flat stomach. I'm new to turbo fire (in week 3 now) and seeing your results, as well as my own that I've achieved already, totally motivates me to keep going.

Turbo Fire Results! #8-12

IM SO SORRY for the absense! We moved and have been in the process of settling in. Im currently starting week 11 of turbo fire. The last 2 and a half weeks I havent lost anything! Looks like I have been getting more definition but not much. I stopped working out for a while when we were in the moving process because it was WAY too difficult. Hubby works ALL DAY so I had to pack myself, unpack myself, decorate and blablabla. You know how it is... ANYWAYS. Im back in the game! Ive been taking these diet pills since the beginning and you take them for 8 weeks and stop for 4. I just started taking them a few days ago again and im SOO glad! Without those pills I cant get my hands of junk food and I dont have that extra boost of energy I need to workout. My little one drains it right out of me! Well Im glad im back in the game, holding my head up high. I have about 2 and a half months left so its CRUNCH TIME!

To refresh your memory....BEFORE TURBO FIRE!...

Im not going to bother with a picture update this week because its a slight difference. Week 12 of turbo fire is recovery week, where its not a very active week with alot of working out. Kind of like preparation for the hell im entering in for this week! Keep following me! Im almost done with this journey and its been SO worth it!

    Yeah there definitley not always the safest option. But i looked into them alot before buying them and have been taking them for a while now and everything is so far so good! But once i reach my goal i wont be taking them anymore, just need them for the little boost they give me :)

    Good job sticking with the Turbo Fire. Just be careful with those diet pills, they all have some nasty side effects that can come up either when you take them or after you have taken them.

    hahaha thankyou! I know after those couple weeks I missed I cant tell you how bad I wanted to just quit and be satisfied enough! Which I am and that caused me to kinda want to let go. But im on my 11th week in! I might as well slap myself across the face if I dont try to pick myself back up again. But thankyou I hope whatever you do choose to do your able to stick it out! Its all worth it!

    Are you kidding? BIG difference! I tried turbo fire, was way too fast for me. I could barely get the freakin warm up memorized...then a different work out the next day...gah, was too much for me. Awesome that you were able to "get with the program" lol CONGRATS

Turbo Fire Results! #5-8

So last time I weighed in @ Week FOUR of Turbo Fire I was at 149.5 lbs. meaning that I finally broke 150! My first goal that im setting right now is to get to 140 which is my PrePartum weight, so Im getting pretty close to that goal right now!
Now for weeks 5-8! Man, does it feel good to finally jump to another month!

(My weighing in & recording has been a little off, so just as a note, I weigh in every Sunday & record) That way I wont mix up the weeks!


^^ WEEK 5: Monday, October 3, 2011 @ 148 lbs.
Pounds Lost: 1.5 lbs
Total Pounds Lost: 10 lbs.


^^ WEEK 6: Sunday, October 09, 2011 @ 144.5 lbs.
Pounds Lost: 3.5 lbs
Total Pounds Lost: 13.5 lbs.


^^ WEEK 7: Sunday, October 16, 2011 @ 141.5 lbs.
Pounds Lost: 3 lbs.
Total Pounds Lost: 16.5 lbs.


^^ WEEK 7: Monday, October 24, 2011 @ 140 lbs.
Pounds Lost: .5 lbs. :(
Total Pounds Lost: 17 LBS!

Well my bday was a few days ago and I missed 2 workouts and broke my diet for 2 days! :( BUT...this is the last time. Gotta get my head back in the game. I actually did it, I stuck with Turbo Fire and now I hit a big milestone for me, 8 WEEKS! Seeing my friends and seeing them shocked at my transformation so far is really awesome, its what you dream about when your so unhappy with yourself, seeing the people around you completley thrown back. I want to be that support for all of you guys! I hope you continue to follow my journey through turbo fire, its truly amazing. Honestly stick with it, and you WONT be sorry! Kick yourself in the butt and DO IT!

    Thankyou so much! And feel free to ask away! Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you! Ive been updating and checking my most recent blog which is now weeks #13-16! But definitley get turbo fire, it is so fun! And there is alot of dance stuff, she makes you dance in almost every class, its not like full on dance but there is alot of dance choreography in Turbo Fire. The music is great and what I love about it is when your getting tired, they que more upbeat music at the perfect time which gives you a great little extra boost and keeps you motivated. I love Chalene shes a great instructor and is such an inspiration. The Cardio sessions can range anywhere from 15 minutes, to 60 minutes. There are the regular advanced Cardio classes (Fire) and the High Intensity Cardio Drill classes (HIIT) Honestly its hard to not love this program, and the results are even better!

    Your results are amazing! and I love your page. I have soo many questions. Sorry to be a pest. I have been thinking about buying turbofire for the holidays but I have a million questions. I do lots of Zumba/dance stuff and I was just wondering if they have fun dance stuff in there to do as well and how long is the cardio sessions? Your results are definitely peaking my interest.

You look amazing and congrats on all the hard work. It is showing!

    Thanks amber! I feel a little guilty right now because I went out of town for my bday and missed today & yeterdays workout and broke my diet :( hopefully I can pick back up. Dont want to lose motivation! But thankyou i cant way to cross that finish line!

    Awww thanks! Thats very encouraging! Yeah it does kill your feet, yesterday when I messed up on the jack counts before you do the actual jump and I got a shocking pain up my leg! Ouch! But thanks im definitley happy with my results so far, Im excited for next week to set my new goal to hit 125 by the end of the year! :D

    Wow you are doing AMAZING!!!! I started TF and loved it but quit after about 6 weeks b/c my feet hurt so much from all the jumping. I have to buy some GOOD athletic shoes before I start again.
Anyways,your results are outstanding, and there is a huge diff. in your pics. You must be very proud. :):) KEEP IT UP!!!!
