Scales moving the right direction!

Stepping out of my box and writing my 1st blog! I've lost 3 Ibs. since Jan. 1st. Doing my best to track my food and exercise daily. I joined the 28 Day Challenge team to keep me motivated. I've been on Sparkpeople for over 2yrs. and have never been brave enough to post a blog. I turned 50yrs. old last month and decided I will start trying to do new things!     Keep blogging--I like to read what you have to say! Keep tracking and keep losing (I might start saying "shed" rather than "lose", because I don't want to find it again!)

    Tracking my food is the single best thing I did to get back on track and get back to losing weight!

Are you still interested in the Goal Weight by Summer 2012 Challenge? A few of us are trying to get that moving again :) I hope you will join us!

  Congratulations on your first blog! Did my first about a week ago, and have been on SparkPeople for about 1 and three quarter years. Not quite sure how I want to use the space--currently thinking just when I have reflective moments as I don't think I have time to do a daily one. I'll be watching to see how yours develops!
