Something i wasnt fully interested in. as well as spending a good twenty minutes on ordering avon! I am ashamed lol. But i did get one productive thing done today. I fixed my bike!!! So i am going to try to ride it up to the library tomorrow!! wish me luck!

So i have just realized how wishy washing i was with my weight loss program. I didnt own a scale. (Not one that worked atleast) I wasn't tracking my food. (With the food at work i dont always have exact numbers but i know i can atlest come close) and i wasnt even wearing my pedometer to work. So i have gotten serious. I bought a good scale. I bought a book from prevention. (Worth a shot right? it only cost me about 3 dollars.) And i have started up my goal sheets again. They are cute peices of paper that i printed out my goals on Each one runs for one month. From the first to the 30th. (Or 28th or 31st. Depending on the month) and i am starting a motivational wall. (Well door) On my closet doors i am going to have a "Garden" I create a center of a flower with paper with the start date and weight. then i cut out flower petals and color them different colors. Then from now on every time i lose a pound i get to put a petal on my flower. with the date and current weight each flower will be complete once i reach on of my "Mid term" Goals. my first flower will be complete once i reach 290 pounds. Then i start another flower for another goal weight. (To be determined later) that is the picture of the flower as it will be growing. Well i have to get ready for work so i will talk to you guys later. BYE!!!

Hey there everybody! Sorry ive been gone so long. I have been working my tail off at work. This week i will have worked 51.5 hours. I am Pooped! But guess what? I am being active all day and the dinner i eat every night is planned out by a nutritionist and is messured! un fortunatly i dont always have the calorie contents for the items im eating though, but the good news is im burning over 2000 calories per day doing what im doing. more when im working a 15-16 hour shift. (About once a week) Im a caregiver and indepenting living trainer. I help mentally and physically disabled adults live their lives in the most independent way possible. I am always on my feet moving around changing people helping cook dinner doing their physical thearapy exersices. When i get home i know ive done a good job because i hurt. I get in the shower and just sit there in the nice hot water. i feel amazing afterward. No quotes today guys sorry. I just wanted an update since its been awhile. I will try to get on tomorrow morning before work and get some qoutes for you guys.

Happy losing. Bre

Wow! That's awesome. I used to work a hospital, and I'd run around all day, getting charts, running notes, and I wore a pedometer and easily did over 10,000 steps a day. Now, I work a desk job (insert depressing music here) and it's hard to get back into moving. I try to take walks a lot, though.

Congrats on being so active throughout your work day!

Okay everybody it is friday. Time for quotes and a quick update.

Update first. This week hasnt been bad. I need to learn to spread my calories out a little bit more. Week 2 at my dads place and i am going to be staying out here unitl i find my own place with this new job. That means dealing with my spoiled loud mouth sister who is constantly bugging me, (Hence the need for yoga and de stressing) Okay now that thats done onto the quotes and then off for a walk.

Quotes. This week. Change. Once again all quotes come from the
