This old man hangs around the pool everyday watching folks and it creeps me out. I think he wanted to be a lifeguard but he failed the test. I don't know, it makes me feel uncomfortable though.

    Well, I would feel the same way. I try to be nice at first, but then when it keeps going on you have to be very direct and tell them you do not want to have any advice or anything else from them. Some people will not stop until you put it to them straight up. Wish you luck with this. I would not like it at all. You keep on doing what is good you and don't pay attention to this old man. emoticon emoticon

I sleep so much better on an empty stomach. If I have food late at night or after dinner, I'll oftentimes even have terrible dreams or a restless toss-and-turn night, then it really shows in my eyes or comes as a headache in the morning!
Night times are times to fast. So, I consider it my 'fast'... from 7 pm to 7 am. Sometimes it's a challenge but we can ALL get used to anything. (Oh, I allow myself water, or hot water with slices of fresh ginger or lemon, but that's it.)

If I can JUST remember that I'll FEEL better in the morning, then I'll stay away from the snacks/kitchen/food/candy at night, but it's reminding myself of that....

    Way to go with avoiding temptation of eating. Your hair is beautiful and keep in mind if someone don't like you, they have missed out on knowing a wonderful person and you might not want to be involved with those type of people anyways. Stay strong emoticonand know that God is always on your side. emoticon

I am pushing, too! Thank you for your words of encouragment. I am down 3 lbs from last week. Consistency is working for me. Too much variation in my nutrition causes problems. So each week a change it up, but for 5 to 6 days, I eat the same thing everyday.
