    You know what you are saying. I have done it too. Ok think about it eat enough count the calories. If you don't eat enough calories to live OK you are going to be hungry at night. Count the calories ant then tell yourself that you have had enough. If you have not eat enough you WILL be hungry. The first step is get enough during the day and then fight the night hunger. i have been where you are at for so many years. hugs, judy

Watch all of those reactions to those pills. Will you hear your kiddies if they get up in the middle of the night and need you? That concerns me. (I think I remember you telling us that you had kids.)
Is it possible to try something else as a sleep aid such as chamomile tea and honey with spritzing your room with some lavender spray. These won't do what some of the pills can do, but if the pills aren't really working, can you try something easier on your system.
I can tell from everyone's posts that they are concerned and that we need you! So, take care of yourself.
PS: I'm going to acupuncture this week. I haven't been in years. I'd rather try something like that than the pharmaceuticals... just my opinion.

    the sleep aids are no good- dangerous product- legal & dangerous, skip it...
some people have opposite reactions- like drinking coffee puts them asleep- like hyper folks slow down on the caffeine . Maybe you are that way. You sure a nice person even when you are wide awake in the middle of the night, though emoticon I tend to be rough. See you later.

    Isn't it funny/ironic how we can have really good days and then the night comes along and it feels like we could eat a house. I wonder sometimes if it is boredom or medication? I hope that today is a good one for you my friend. You're doing great with your exercise and I am proud of you. emoticon

    Hi, just found you. Loved your video. It was "REAL". I just added you as a friend. I hope you will add me also. Sounds like you are doing great with the water aerobics. I also do a water aerobics class. She really mixes up our class we will do all types of aerobics during the month. I like that. There is only one class offered here in my small town and we used the college's pool. So, if you don't take that class you don't get any water aerobics.
I eat protein just before bed time to help me sleep and not feel hungry during the night. I drink a low calorie drink that I found at Walmart. It is low in carbs, sugar, and lactose free. It is 100 calories and 17 grams of program. It tastes really good. Strawberry is the best. The name is ESA Advant or something like that. They have two different types with the same company name. So, just read the info and find the 100 calorie one. The other has more sugar and calories in it. I have a problem with the night eating. I don't make it through the night without eat sometimes, but I WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING AND START over AGAIN. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!!! Well, will be seeing you around. Stop by and see me. Hugs, Judy

    remember "resting head on pillow in quiet and being still" is second best thing to actual sleep, maybe picking clock "rest hours" you stay down even if you're awake to let your eyes & body rest like from1-4 am you stay in "resting" even if awake- before and after that get up and move around.

I only suggest this because my mother, grandmother, and myself all have had to come to grips with sleeplessness without wearing ourselves out. "resting same three hours nightly" made me feel sane
