I didn't sleep well emoticon

remember "resting head on pillow in quiet and being still" is second best thing to actual sleep, maybe picking clock "rest hours" you stay down even if you're awake to let your eyes & body rest like from1-4 am you stay in "resting" even if awake- before and after that get up and move around.

I only suggest this because my mother, grandmother, and myself all have had to come to grips with sleeplessness without wearing ourselves out. "resting same three hours nightly" made me feel sane

(.... emoticon ....while not resting did not)

emoticon you'll be alright.

Sorry that you didn't sleep well my friend. I know, from experience, that lack of sleep can cause all sorts of issues. Do you best to get some rest. Love ya

As you believe... so you receive! I used to always say "Make a happy day" to my children. Think about it. Most people say "have a happy day". That leaves it for chance. MAKE your own happy day. Set out with a positive and grateful attitude and spread kindness & love in your wake. You WILL make a happy day and have one too! Love ya

I love your little reports on each set of 10 minutes. Think of the 10 minutes all of us fritter away in front of the tv or 10 minutes snacking when walking or exercising is what we need!
I need the 10 minute reminder report!
I watched another blog this morning about a hoola hoop! Both of you are inspirational. I need to get up and DO something!

Thanks!

don't get discouraged. We are definitely just having to learn to deal with set-backs, one at a time. I had an issue with water retention after this weekend myself. Cut the salt, Drink plenty of water, and just be patient with yourself. You are important to ALL OF US!

I skip the high carb low fiber meals for a day or two and lower salt favoring fruits, plain foods and the scale will snap back like a rubber band. I know it isn't fair emoticon
I switched up my grain from morning oatmeal to afternoon oil popped corn no salt added to kick up fiber content. Both are whole grains. The oil is canola, and the pop corn generic yellow. Breakfast is low salt mix nuts & coffee the high fat and touch of protein carries me. Plus no dishes to wash for a change this Spring season at breakfast....

anyhow that's not what I focused on viewing your vlog. I love, LOVE that idea of walking back and forth to the school. That's exactly the kind of thing the 10-minute daily fitness challenge proposes for us to do!

emoticon emoticon because it's adding motion to ordinary life beyond the "gym"

It's a Monday morning...you are being so honest and that's good. You recognize that your efforts are important and sometimes we do things that don't fit with our efforts. Maybe over the weekend you had too much salt in your food choices. That can make me go up and then right back down when I get more water in. Every day is a new opportunity. I love how you are thinking about other ways to get in some walking and sharing that time with your daughter. Have a great week.
