I slept pretty darn good last night. I went to bed around 9pm and my baby woke me before 1am because her brother was rocking the bed while sucking his thumb. After I got them back to sleep, I went back and didn't wake back up until 5am. I did exercise yesterday but left the second half of class because I had an appt to get oil changed. I ate okay. I didn't find it necessary to overeat and that's a plus. Well, ALL is well. Do anyone use ankle/wrist weights? I want to know thier benefits.

I still don't know anything about what's going on with my son but it's all good. If they did know, what could they do? It is, what it is, I'm going to love him anyway.

I worked out at the Y yesterday. It was a high intensity class that I wont go back to until I'm there. You know, at a higher level of fitness. All is well, I can't complain because there is ALWAYS someone who is worse off than you. I didn't sleep well but I'm alive and well in my right mind. Therefore I have a smile on my face.

    If you saw the way I flop around to the exercise videos I do fitness to your eyebrows would lift to your hairline emoticon
I do it anyway- granted I close the curtains so any passer by won't call the medics thinking I'm having fits in here.... .

    Cynthia's class sounds tough! But I bet you WILL go back.. You have a challenge ahead of you. Can you set it as a goal?
You know it's there and it's possible, but I agree....we need to build up to these challenges, so we don't end up hating them.

Great video. I enjoyed it!! Stay motivated. I know exactly what you mean about high intensity classes, I took one and had to take a week off from the GYM.(Set back), but I back in there working out once more.

I cant sleep and it's frustrating. Got to find a solution. I've gotten up 2/3 times already so at 3am I just got on up and now I'm sitting here drinking coffee. My 9 year old autistic son has the same problem, he is up too. His sleep meds work sometimes but not all. I can remember my mom not sleeping well. Anyway, my son has a genetics appt today because he has an abnormal chromosome. My husband and I was testing and I am the one who has an extra chrome. I was told a lot of people have extra chromes but usually it doesn't cause abnormalities but in some cases it do. My son is 9 and he hasn't reached 4 feet yet. His 6 yrs old sister is taller. But anyway, I don't know what could be done. Hopefully they'll have some answers to some of the questions I've had for a very long time.

For those of you who cant watch VLOG, I'm up and cant sleep. I didn't take the meds tonight but still I ate. I eat so much at night, in the day time I'm not even hungry. It was dinner time before I realized I hadn't ate all day. Something has got to give. I'm like the vampires with my days and nights mixed up. If you have any suggestion, they are welcome. I hope you ALL are doing well. Have a great day or rather I hope you are sleeping well. Please sleep enough for me because I cant get any. Love you ALL!

    Sorry that you're having a hard time sleeping. Have you been tested for Sleep Apnea? I used to have a hard time sleeping... was tested & given a CPAP machine. Now I sleep SOLID 8 hours or more. No drugs!

there's absolutely nothing good on tv late which makes it even worse! You would think tv execs would be all over programming good TV for we are hostages to indoors during those sleeplessness hours- and would sit there grateful for something good to watch- anyhow instead starring at ceiling and listening to clocks seems to be the way it is (I got a police scanner which seems to keep me company because its LIVE)

don't worry about it, sometimes we just get to do nothing & so what? It will pass and we will be back to routine soon anyway..... keep vlogging YoU're gREaT emoticon

    Me to - up at night, a lot because I can't sleep. And if I start eating in the evening just forget it - then wake up next day & don't want food at all till evening. I think my body would be happier if I worked nights & slept days but the job won't let me do that. If anyone tells you an answer will you pass it on to me? Checking In~ For those of you who cant watch the VLOG. I have been back on meds for 2 weeks. With my anxiety med, I am starting to eat more at night. I have to decide to take it or NOT or have it changed. I think I'll try eliminating it first then if that don't help with mood I'll have to change it. I didn't work out yesterday but I did line dance class Thursday. After, I hand washed and dried my car for about 30 minutes. I'm counting ALL mines. emoticon AnyHOO, LOVE& emoticon to you ALL!     I have anxiety problems too and I've decided to go medication free (I was never on medications for it but if I said something to my doctor I could easily be there). Those drugs are powerful and scientists haven't properly studied their long-term effects.

They don't even treat the problem either. I try to only take prescription medicine that will treat a problem meaning if I take the drug, the problem will go away entirely after a full course of the medicine. Anxiety and depression medicine puts a band-aid over the problem by lessening the symptoms but never treating the underlying problem so you have to take the medicine for life basically or the symptoms will come back.

Many people get hooked on the medicine or experience other symptoms like drug induced insomnia, overeating like you are experiencing, etc. I've even heard of uncontrollable shaking as a side effect. It's best to treat anxiety and depression naturally if you can. I'm looking into treating my anxiety issues/insomnia with extra vitamin supplementation.

Taking vitamins is natural and taking extra vitamins has been proven to have less side effects than anti-anxiety medication (Taken from the link above: In a study of people with panic disorder, OCD and depression the B vitamin inositol in amounts of up to 18 grams daily was as effective and had fewer side effects than an anti-anxiety medication)

Oops edit: So along with vitamin supplementation I'd ask your doctor for some type of behavioral therapy (another drug free solution that can actually fix the problem) . I'm too much of a chicken to ask for help so I'm only going to be doing the vitamin therapy myself.
