Took the kids to the water park today. I decided to walk while pushing them in their double stroller. You see,I figured I could kill two birds with one stone by letting the kids get their play on and me get my workout on. Well I wont be doing that anymore,not until I get in better shape. I was so out of breath and thought I was going to pass out. In my neighborhood the ground is not leveled. It's mostly uphill. So,I have to remember to take it one step at a time. I don't want to burn myself out before I get started by going past my limits,and I don't want to give myself excuses to go under them either. Therefore I must find the balance.
