Started the day with an hour of physical therapy exercises for the low back, abs, and legs. Woohoo for another fabulous start to my day!

Getting back to former good habits - got up early, grabbed a bottle of water, and got on the treadmill. Feeling good about shaking off whatever I've been wrestling with.

    You can do it!!! I know I struggle with motivation sometimes and there are some great articles here on spark to help with motivation if you need a lift and help that way. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. You can do it!!
