Started the day with an hour of physical therapy exercises for the low back, abs, and legs. Woohoo for another fabulous start to my day!

Getting back to former good habits - got up early, grabbed a bottle of water, and got on the treadmill. Feeling good about shaking off whatever I've been wrestling with.
Trying to find my motivation! Not sure how I mis-placed it....
So, today's challenge is to get and stay motivated!
