I got it back---while in the mist of cleaning house yesterday I popped in Leslies tape and did a mile..went on with my cleaning house..walked a mile on the track..on the way back home I took the scenic route home and a mile away from home I stopped the car & told my DH that I would walk the rest of the way home..a mile up hill-down hill--around curves--on gravel..I LOVE THAT WORKOUT ..uses a LOT of muscles in legs..it's a long winding hill, coming down is ALMOST AS HARD as going up..holding myself back (so I won't go rolling down this hill) I can feel the muscles in my legs working overtime...I LOVE THAT FEELN" before the day was over I was also able to get in some leg lifts with my restraining band... my eating??? better ![]()

How's your week starting off Sheila? I did NOT get my Leslie workout in this morning. I made excuses, BUT...right after the girl we babysit leaves a little after noon, I plan on starting dinner in the crockpot (yummy homemade spaghetti sauce), toss some whole-grain goodness into the breadmachine with some garlic, & then pop Ms. Leslie into the DVD player! I shall have worked out, showered & have the house giving off an incredible to-die-for-aroma when the dear hubby comes walking through that door after work! (Of course, I planned on getting up at 6am to workout, too, and that was a no go, so maybe I better check in with a thumbs up or thumbs down later! HAH! Hope it's a thumbs up for both of us!!)
